Not all people do use PayPal, there are thousands people around the world who are not even familiar to it especially those who've just started their online journey or career, however the internet is filled with information thus anyone can use the search engine or any web browsers to do a research about PayPal scams!

Even though PayPal is one of the most trusted companies when it comes to receiving and sending money online. We cannot say that it's always safe to use it, that's why PayPal has made it possible for everyone to put a 2 security questions to make your account secured and safe from internet scams!

Though scammers are getting smarter and smarter nowadays, as our technology keeps on improving, scammers always had their own way to upgrading their mind, thinking about the strategies they can use to lure and scam people.

SCAMMERS STRATEGIES IN USING PAYPAL TO SCAM PEOPLE

Actually scammers had their unique ways to scam people via PayPal and even though PayPal lets you filed a claim whenever you get scammed by someone, still it's not an assurance that you will get your money back!

1. SCAMMERS ARE GOOD AT THINKING - Yes they are good at everything, finding ways to thinking about the next strategies they can use to scam people? No problem they had their mind upgraded already. So expect that they will do everything to scam you or anyone in the internet.
2. SCAMMERS ARE FOND OF CREATING WEBSITES - YES! That's right! they are good at designing a website, scammers are good designers too (well not all) but most of them are really good at it, they can create a website that looks so professional and then they would put non-existing products on their website to get your attention.
3. SCAMMERS KNOWS WHAT YOU WERE THINKING - Even before realizing it they already knew that you're going to fall into trap, they already knew their weaknesses before you realized it! They probably know how to fool you, they already knew that kind of product you were looking for, something that you are looking for in the internet.
4. SCAMMERS JOINING EBAY AND ANY CLASSIFIED ADS SITES - Ebay is one of the most popular shopping site nowadays and aside form that, once you buy something on Ebay expect to pay it through Paypal since ebay and paypal is connected, they are partners!
5. SCAMMERS LOVES SELLING PRODUCTS ONLINE - Yes as mentioned above, they usually sell some none existing products and once they received your paypal could not even send the product that you bought just because they don't have any products at all, it's just an ad to get your attention.
6. SCAMMERS ARE FUND OF CREATING MULTIPLE PAYPAL ACCOUNTS - Since scammers don't usually want to live in prison they prefer to hide their real identity. So with that being said, they usually create new PayPal account for every victims they scammed. Once their new PayPal account became popular in the internet, they will create another PayPal account with a fake name on it and of course it's unverified account which can still received or send money. They will then send the money they received from that account and send it to their real account and simply withdraw all the money as, simple as that!

HOW TO AVOID THIS SCAM THING?

Sure there are multiple ways for you to avoid this:

1. Do not buy any products pretty quick just because it's on sale.
2. Make sure that the seller is trusted and has a good reputation, how to find that out? you can simply make a research about the product reviews and make sure that those product reviews are genuine.
3. Don't believe in their fake testimonies - There are these websites that seems legit but the truth is, they just made it to look it that way, creating fake testimonies and such.
4. Better to buy products from someone you already know personally, someone who is selling products online for a long time already.
5. Better buy products to an online stores that has a good reputation, someone who does not involved anyone that is not even a part of the company or just someone who joined the site to sell none existing products.

I was victimized by a scammers twice two different individuals whom I don't know personal, someone whom I met online only so you guys should really be careful.
