Some have stated that Paypal scammed them a whooping amount of money, being scammed is not easy but others may have misunderstood a lot of things about Paypal. There is no way that this company would scammed people, the only problem is that some people would use it to scam the innocent ones!

There are lots of pretenders in the internet, and I'm sure you already know about it, there would be someone who would create a website that seems to be legit and would start selling their own product and would collect payment via Paypal, assuming that they're really selling products, but the truth is that those products that are shown on their website will never be sent to you, because there is no product at all, they are just being displayed and shown on their website to lure people and to fool those innocent, these scammers will wait until someone buy their so called product and once they have collected or received your payments you will never hear anything from them.

A lot of so called "Sellers" out there who would take advantage on those who are seriously looking for a high quality product, people nowadays are into online shopping, no wonder some of us are fond of buying online products. But before you decide to buy anything online, make sure to do some research first about the website where you planned to buy a product, you can always check for an article review and customers feedback about the company's products.

Although you can always report the seller if you didn't the product you bought, you can always make a dispute on your PayPal account at the "Resolution Center" section if you want a refund. But this is not an assurance that you will get the money you paid for non-existing product, because there are some sellers that would make a fake documents that shows you have received that product already and they will send it to PayPal to prove them wrong that you have been scammed by the seller!
